for those of whom don't know me, which i can safely say is all of you, i would like to intoduce myself. i'm S, and i'm ready to give you the 411!

i know, typical anonymous blogger who never gives her full name away. i'm also a typical girl with big dreams and "unrealistic" goals. but hey, why not shoot for the stars?!
growing up in the beautiful city of toronto, its always been a dream of mine to be - you've guessed it - a supermodel.at the age of fourteen, i was approached by a local modelling agency's scout at the eaton's centre - why is it always a shopping mall? i stayed with this particular agency for quite a while, three years to be exact. i was not at ALL satisfied with their representation. i had very little castings, very little photoshoots, and had spent a lot of money - i was sick of being listed by priority.
now what?
this is when i started researching toronto's biggest agencies and decided to give each one a shot. first up, ford.
rejection.
next, elmer olsen.
rejection.
open call, after open call, after yet another open call. i was running out of options! i decided to talk to my agent about leaving and how unhappy i was with them. who knew i would end up recommended for an interview with none other than elite!
by the end of summer 2008, i had landed a three year contract with elite - and i am loving it!
